RunKeepAI · for the sales team
Read this before the call. Everything here is what we actually deliver.
We build the website, we host it, we keep it running, and we keep changing it for them — for a flat monthly fee. They never write a big check, and they never own a problem.
| Piece | Typical one-time cost |
|---|---|
| Custom website design & build | $2,500 – $8,000 |
| Promo video cut from her own photos | $800 – $2,500 |
| Hosting, SSL, CDN, uptime monitoring | $20 – $40 / month |
| Privacy, Terms, Accessibility pages | $300 – $1,000 |
| Every content change after launch | $75 – $150 each |
Those are going rates, not our prices. Use them as the comparison, never as a quote.
One screen. A tradesman who needs to look real and get called.
A real business with work to show. This is Elegant Touch.
When the site has to do something — take orders, book jobs, take deposits, run a register. Priced per business, because no two are the same.
Still a reasonable number — this is not a "call us and we'll gouge you" tier. Find out what they need on the call, say "let me put the exact number together for you", and bring it to Mike. Never quote this one on the spot.
Twelve month term. No setup fee. Card and Standard are fixed — quote them straight. Software is custom — bring it to Mike. The domain is theirs and costs about $10–12 a year, billed at cost.
"You can — somebody will charge you three or four thousand and hand you a file. Then hosting is yours, updates are yours, and every change is another bill. For forty a month you get the site, the hosting, the updates and two changes a month, and it never stops being handled."
"Instagram is where they find you. This is where they decide. You can't send a bride a link that opens on a login screen, and you can't put your prices, your terms and a quote form in a bio."
"He can build it. Who hosts it, who renews the certificate, who fixes it in December when you're booked solid? That's the part we're actually selling."
"It's already built. Here's the link — that's your site, your photos, your name." Send the preview. That closes more than anything you say.
"Twelve months, then it's month to month. The domain is in your name the whole time — you walk with it."
People don't believe this part until you explain it, and it's the reason they stay.
Two a month, they don't roll over. In practice most clients use one every couple of months. Nobody has ever hit the ceiling.
A full redesign, a brand new custom feature or a second site is not a content edit — that's a separate conversation. Everything short of that is included.
This is the biggest add-on we sell and the easiest to explain. Their money never touches our account.
| Fee | Who charges it | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Card processing | Stripe | 2.9% + 30¢ |
| Our platform fee | RunKeepAI | 3.5% + 30¢ all-in |
| Monthly fee to take payments | — | $0 |
| Setup fee | — | $0 |
On a $300 deposit that's about $10.80. Square and PayPal are 2.9%–3.5% and give her no website. Never quote 5%.
Leave it. It's an add-on, not a condition. Say: "We'll build the page so it's ready. The day you want a deposit button, it's an edit — that's included."
"The domain is yours, in your name, the whole time. The design is ours while you lease it, the same way the software on your phone belongs to whoever made it. Your photos, your words and your name are always yours."
"Yes. It's registered in your name at cost — about ten or twelve dollars a year. If you ever leave, it goes with you, and we hand you a folder with your photos and your text in it."
"Twelve months, then month to month. You keep the domain."
"It's built. The moment you say go, we point your domain at it — that part takes about a day for the internet to catch up, and it's live."
"You don't have to learn anything. Text or email what you want changed and it's done — two changes a month are included, and honestly nobody's ever hit the limit."
"New photos, new prices, new text, a new section, swapping the video. A whole redesign or a new custom feature is a bigger conversation."
"It's built to be found — real page titles, real descriptions, fast, works on a phone. Nobody honest promises you the top spot. What we can promise is that when somebody Googles your name, this is what they find instead of nothing."
"Most of your customers will only ever see it on a phone. That's what it's designed for. Pull it up on yours right now."
"Yes. Small stuff is part of your monthly edits. Something big we'd quote."
"We use your words — from your Instagram, your Facebook, what you tell us. We don't invent slogans and put them in your mouth."
"Yours. Everything on that preview is your own work. If you send better ones, they go in."
"Yes. hello@yourname.com, on your own domain, and it comes into whatever inbox you already use. No new app to check."
"Padlock in the address bar, certificate renews itself, security patches forever. If it ever goes down we know before you do."
"That's what a lease is for. You're not stuck with a file from 2026."
"We use the logo you have. If you don't have one we'll talk — that's separate from this."
"Ads and social management aren't in the lease. We build and run the site."
"Because we're not doing it by hand from scratch every time, and we're not trying to make it all back on day one. We'd rather have you for years."
"No setup fee, no cancellation fee after twelve months, your domain is yours. The catch is you pay monthly instead of once."
"Take it — the link's yours, it's not going anywhere. Show it to whoever you want." Then follow up in two days. Nobody buys a website at 9pm on a Tuesday.
"Good question — let me check with Mike so I give you the right answer." That's a better close than a guess. Never make something up on a call.
